La Réserve à la Plage is a newly established chic stopover that embodies the original spirit of Pampelonne beaches, exuding a bohemian atmosphere designed by Philippe Stark. This private beach is part of the luxurious La Réserve hotel and offers guests a serene and relaxing ambiance, perfect for a getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life. 

The menu at La Réserve à la Plage celebrates Mediterranean cuisine, emphasizing sharing and freshness. The chef behind this gastronomical experience is Eric Canino, renowned for his work at the La Voile-starred restaurant at La Réserve Ramatuelle. Collaborating with Nicolas Cantrel, the head of La Réserve à la Plage, they have created a menu that is generous and aromatic, featuring beautiful pieces of meat and grilled fish of the day’s catch, accompanied by fresh vegetables flavored with local aromatic herbs, some of which are sourced from the hotel’s kitchen garden. 

Philippe Stark’s creative genius is evident in the bohemian-chic straw huts that dot the beach, exuding a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. The decor is warm and natural, reflecting the wild nature of Pampelonne Beach while encouraging sharing and conviviality. Guests can relax under the shade of the reeds around a convivial table or soak up the sun of Saint-Tropez on a deckchair. 

La Réserve à la Plage is accessible via boat shuttle or a cart service, and it is recommended to book in advance to experience this cocoon of well-being. In the evening, the ambiance evolves into a lively before-party, complete with music and champagne bubbles.
